Role Description The Recording Studio Manager at Best for Him is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role oversees the daily operations of the recording studio, including scheduling sessions, coordinating with content creators, and ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standard. The manager supervises studio staff and external vendors, supports audio and video production workflows, and ensures that all projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include managing client and internal stakeholder communication, maintaining studio policies and safety procedures, and continuously improving processes to support high-quality, wellness-focused content production.

Qualifications





- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with talent, clients, and internal teams.
- Proven Team Leadership and Project Management abilities to oversee studio staff, perform basic shoots and edits, coordinate production schedules, and deliver projects on time.
- Experience in Sales and client relationship management to support studio bookings, partnerships, and revenue growth.
