HR Recruiter – VFX & Animation Industry

People Media Factory is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry, along with a passion for identifying and attracting the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for VFX and Animation roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through relevant recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the creative media industry.
- Manage offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with production teams and department heads to understand hiring needs and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment within the VFX, Animation, Gaming, or Creative Media industry.
- Valuable understanding of VFX production roles, creative profiles, and industry workflows.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing onboarding, candidate documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced work environment.
