Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach.
- Relevant real estate knowledge, including Real Estate, Real Property concepts, and local market awareness.
- A valid Real Estate License (as per local regulatory requirements) and willingness to stay updated on industry regulations.
- Sales skills with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Comfort working on-site, with the flexibility to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred; a background in business, commerce, or marketing is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, professional conduct, and commitment to fair, non-discriminatory client service.
