Abu Villa Design, Kannur, is looking for a detail-oriented skilled to prepare quantity estimates, manage project costs, prepare BOQs, and support budgeting for architectural and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quantity estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Calculate material quantities, labour costs and project expenses.
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
- Analyse supplier and contractor quotations.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Monitor project costs and maintain estimation records

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Cost Control.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost control.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant industry software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
