We are currently looking for an Executive / Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team.

- Conduct GMP and food safety audits across offline stores.
- Monitor store hygiene, cleanliness, ambience, and food safety practices.
- Prepare audit reports, share findings with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP).
- Conduct GMP and food safety training for food handlers and front-end operations teams.
- Coordinate pest control activities across stores, ensure schedule adherence, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain and update Food Safety Management System (FSMS) documentation.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and ensure appropriate RCA and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).




- Coordinate with internal and external laboratories for product testing and ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable central and state food safety regulations in coordination with the internal legal team.
- Conduct market visits for product quality benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement quality improvement practices to reduce product spoilage and quality rejections.
- Coordinate with Projects and Maintenance teams on food safety, preventive equipment maintenance, and recent store openings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or related roles in food and grocery retail, QSR, food manufacturing, or similar industries.

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology or Food Microbiology.

Industry Preference: Experience handling frozen, refrigerated, meat, or seafood products will be an advantage.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of HACCP, FSMS, food spoilage analysis (chemical, physical, and biological), food safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Skills: GMP audits, food safety audits, RCA, CAPA, quality documentation, customer complaint handling, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Other Requirements: Experience in internal/external audits and willingness to travel to offline stores as required.
