About the Role

We are looking for a QA Lead to drive end-to-end testing activities for digital lending and enterprise applications. The role involves test planning, test execution management, defect governance, release readiness, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring junior QA members.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 5–6 years

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage test strategy, test plans, test schedules, and release readiness.
- Review business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Lead test case preparation, test execution, regression testing, and defect management.
- Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.
- Publish daily/weekly QA dashboards, progress reports, risks, and defect trends.
- Coordinate with Business,



Product, Technology, and Project teams.
- Support UAT, release sign-offs, and production readiness activities.
- Mentor and guide QA team members and enforce testing best practices.

Key Competencies:

- Robust experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Experience with web and mobile application/platform testing.
- Strong defect tracking and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in BFSI/NBFC Mortgage domain preferred.
