We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Q-Commerce & E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow Joyspoon’s online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing quick-commerce platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, product listings, promotional campaigns, inventory coordination, and sales performance to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Q-Commerce Management

- Manage and coordinate with quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, order fulfillment, and sales performance across platforms.
- Coordinate with platform account managers regarding listings, visibility, promotions, and operational issues.
- Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Track dark store availability, out-of-stock situations, and inventory replenishment.

2. E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

- Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalog information.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, customer reviews, and ratings.




- Ensure accurate product information, competitive pricing, and strong product visibility.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve marketplace operational issues.

3. Marketing & Promotions

- Plan platform-specific discounts, deals, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for banners, creatives, and promotional content.
- Support sponsored advertisements and platform marketing initiatives.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product assortment, offers, and visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplace management, or online sales.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of sales metrics, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet business targets.
