Role Description The QA Automation Lead will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of automated testing frameworks for enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on SAP and system integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining test strategies, creating and maintaining automated test scripts, coordinating test execution, and analyzing results to ensure product quality and reliability. The role involves collaborating closely with development, DevOps, and functional teams to identify defects, improve test coverage, and streamline release pipelines.

The QA Automation Lead will mentor junior QA engineers, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. This is a contract,



on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, API testing tools) and experience designing scalable test architectures.
- Hands-on experience in testing SAP systems, integrations between SAP and non-SAP products, and validating end-to-end business processes.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages commonly used for test automation (such as Java, Python, JavaScript) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams, define test strategies, prioritize test activities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and performance.
- Relevant experience in enterprise environments, preferably in consulting or product-based organizations; exposure to cloud platforms and AI-driven solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
