About the Role

We are looking for a Publisher Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing publisher partnerships while maximizing revenue opportunities through programmatic advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, publisher monetization strategies, and account management.

This role requires close collaboration with Ad Operations, Product, and Revenue teams to deliver optimal monetization outcomes and long-term publisher success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture relationships with publisher partners.
- Drive publisher onboarding and ensure smooth account setup.
- Monitor publisher performance and recommend revenue optimization strategies.
- Work extensively with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Header Bidding, and SSP platforms.
- Analyze monetization performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Coordinate with Ad Operations teams to resolve delivery and revenue-related issues.
- Implement and monitor ads.txt and app-ads.txt initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to increase publisher revenue and retention.




- Maintain regular communication with publishers regarding performance and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, and Ad Operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 0-2 years of experience in Publisher Account Management or AdTech.
- Experience in publisher onboarding and revenue optimization.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Understanding of Programmatic Advertising.
- Experience with Header Bidding and SSPs.
- Knowledge of Prebid-based monetization solutions.
- Familiarity with ads.txt and app-ads.txt.
- Understanding of GDPR and privacy compliance.

Analytics & Reporting

- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with:
- GA4
- Looker Studio
- Power BI
- Reporting and dashboarding tools

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple publisher accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in mobile app monetization.
- Knowledge of video and CTV advertising ecosystems.
- Exposure to international publisher markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field.
