Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end day-to-day hostel operations.
- Handle vendor management, housekeeping (HK), and roaster/shift scheduling.
- Address and resolve student complaints promptly.
- Ensure property cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
- Update and submit all bills and invoices to the Finance team on time.
- Take ownership of property-level issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, or hostel management.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
