Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to final delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Allocate tasks and manage workloads across design, development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and content teams.
- Monitor daily progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
- Conduct team meetings, project reviews, and follow-ups to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Identify project risks, resolve blockers, and manage changes in priorities.
- Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Track project performance, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to management.




- Improve project workflows, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, IT company, or marketing environment.
- Strong project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle changing requirements.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website development, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, and digital marketing workflows is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management.
