Senior Project Manager

Experience: 14+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Chip Ownership: Drive full-chip floorplanning, top-level hierarchy partitioning, power-grid design (PDN), and die-size estimation on sub-5nm/3nm FinFET nodes.
- Execution &
- Closure:

Lead Clock Tree Synthesis (CTS), Placement &
- Routing (PnR), Static Timing Analysis (STA), cross-talk closure, and Power-Performance-Area (PPA) optimization.
- Signoff Sign-off: Direct DRC/LVS, IR-drop/EM analysis (Voltus/RedHawk), and formal verification to achieve tape-out readiness.
- Methodology &
- Leadership: Build scalable EDA design flows (Tcl/Python/PERL), mentor senior technical talent, and align cross-functionally with RTL, Architecture, DFT, and CAD teams.

Qualifications &
- Requirements

- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE/EE/VLSI or equivalent.
- Technical Mastery:



14+ years of proven track record delivering multiple successful tape-outs using Innovus, Fusion Compiler, PrimeTime, and ICV/Calibre.
- Skills: Solid expertise in hierarchical design, low-power implementation (UPF/CPF), and deep-submicron physical effects.
