Role Description This is a full-time Project Head role based in New Delhi, offered in a hybrid work model with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Project

Head will oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress for real estate development projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure timely and quality delivery, as well as managing external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities. The role will involve reviewing technical designs and construction methodologies, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards, and proactively resolving project risks and issues.

Head will also prepare regular status reports,



support senior leadership in strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Robust project management and planning skills, including experience overseeing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
- Expertise in engineering, architecture, or construction management, with the ability to review drawings, technical specifications, and execution plans.
- Stakeholder management capabilities, including coordination with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, vendors, and authorities.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, MS Office, and relevant industry software for tracking timelines, costs, and resources.
- Solid understanding of building regulations, safety standards, quality control processes, and contractual documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and the ability to mentor project staff.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivery excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or MBA in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior project leadership role within real estate or infrastructure, preferably handling multiple projects or large developments.
