Role –Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic business initiatives across multiple functions. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, and successful delivery of large-scale programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities • Define program goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.

- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate with business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Establish governance frameworks and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making through effective communication.
- Track budgets, resource utilization, and overall program performance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new processes or systems.
- Prepare and present program dashboards, MIS reports, and executive-level presentations.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.





- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in program management, project management, or business transformation roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). This is a Public document.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technology organizations is preferred.
