About the Role

We are seeking a Program & Growth Manager to lead and scale UniVisory's Innovation Lab as an independent, revenue-generating business vertical.

This is a leadership role combining business growth, end-to-end program management and strong hands-on AI/ML expertise.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience growing a business or program, managing complex operations and developing or evaluating meaningful AI/ML applications.

You will work closely with engineering, robotics and other specialist mentors while taking ownership of the Lab's commercial performance, student experience and innovation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

- Own annual and quarterly revenue, enrolment and growth targets.
- Drive B2C enrolments through consultative selling, webinars, workshops, referrals and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop B2B partnerships with schools, educational institutions and innovation ecosystems.
- Build and manage the lead-to-enrolment pipeline, improving conversion and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Develop program offerings, pricing strategies and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor revenue, profitability and key business performance metrics.

2. Program Management & Operations

- Own the complete student journey, from onboarding and innovation strategy to final outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent innovation projects across different disciplines.




- Recruit, onboard, coordinate and evaluate specialist mentors.
- Establish project milestones, quality standards, progress reviews and delivery timelines.
- Manage student and parent communication, expectations and escalations.
- Oversee competition strategy, eligibility, submissions and external validation opportunities.
- Build scalable operating processes, dashboards, reporting systems and mentor management frameworks.
- Ensure projects demonstrate originality, technical rigor, student ownership and measurable outcomes.

3. AI/ML Expertise & Innovation

- Apply hands-on AI/ML expertise to evaluate and guide student innovations.
- Support projects involving machine learning, predictive modelling, computer vision, natural language processing and intelligent applications.
- Assess problem formulation, datasets, algorithms, model selection, benchmarks and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and robotics specialists on multidisciplinary innovations.
- Identify meaningful applications of AI and data science in business, economics, finance, public policy, sustainability and social innovation.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, novelty, scalability and real-world relevance of proposed innovations.
- Support students in developing credible demonstrations, technical documentation and evidence of impact.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in technology, EdTech, innovation programs, startups, incubation or program management.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue, enrolments, business development or commercial growth targets.
- Proven ability to manage programs end-to-end,



including people, budgets, timelines and outcomes.
- Strong hands-on AI/ML experience, including developing, implementing and evaluating machine-learning models or applications.
- Working proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, consultative selling and leadership skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking, initiative and accountability.

Preferred

- B.Tech/BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is an advantage.
- Experience building or scaling education, technology or innovation programs.
- Exposure to competitions such as IRIS, Regeneron ISEF, Conrad Challenge, Diamond Challenge or similar innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with robotics, IoT, embedded systems or engineering prototypes.
- Experience mentoring high school or undergraduate students.
- Experience working with premium education customers, schools or institutional partners.
