? Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and working professionals via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Analyze candidates' educational backgrounds and career goals to recommend the right university programs.
Follow a consultative sales approach and resolve candidate queries with confidence.
Manage end-to-end sales pipelines and consistently convert qualified leads into enrolments.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
? What We Are Looking For:
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and structured sales workflows.
