Role Description The Production Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Production

Associate will support day-to-day operations on production lines, including assisting in assembly, handling materials, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include operating machines as per safety and quality standards, monitoring equipment performance, and reporting any issues to supervisors.



The role also involves performing basic quality checks, following standard operating procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.

The Production

Associate is expected to adapt to different tasks and shifts as needed to support overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

- Production Assistance and experience working on Production Lines to support daily manufacturing activities.
- Machine Operation skills, including basic setup, safe handling, and routine monitoring of equipment.
- Quality Control skills to perform visual inspections, check measurements, and follow quality standards.
- Easily Adaptable to changing tasks, schedules, and production requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or mechanical processes; prior experience in industrial or automotive-related production is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety guidelines, and work effectively in a team setting.
- Good physical stamina and willingness to work on the shop floor for extended periods.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical trades is preferred.
