Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong Life or Wealth Insurance domain expertise to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and end-to-end product delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery squads to translate business requirements into effective product capabilities aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, including features, initiatives, and user stories.

Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, HNW (High Net Worth) requirements, and technology strategy.

Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Lead backlog refinement and prioritization with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technology teams.

Drive Agile execution by clarifying scope, acceptance criteria,



priorities, and expected outcomes.

Coordinate stakeholders to resolve competing priorities, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

Track and communicate product progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.

Partner with technology teams throughout solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.

Establish product performance metrics, identify process improvements, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide regular product updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate degree in B.E./B.Tech. from a reputed university.

7–10 years of relevant professional experience.

Robust hands-on experience in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance.

Proven experience in Product Management, product delivery, or backlog management.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience working with Agile teams and managing end-to-end product delivery.

Ability to define product priorities, measure outcomes, and drive process improvements.

Preferred: CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or an equivalent Agile/Product Management certification.
