This role requires strong typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and a keen attention to detail. As a Process Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, which is vital for our operations.

Key Responsibilities include

- Entering and updating data in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintaining and organizing digital records and documents.
- Reviewing data for errors, duplicate entries, and missing information.
- Performing data verification and correction as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information.




- Preparing basic reports using MS Excel or other software.
- Completing assigned tasks within deadlines. To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Good typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
