Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic excellence and curriculum implementation
- Oversee school administration, operations, admissions, and compliance
- Mentor teachers and improve staff performance
- Strengthen parent, teacher, and management relationships
- Drive institutional growth, innovation, and student development

Eligibility Criteria

- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 10+ years of teaching and administrative experience
- At least 5 years in a school leadership role as Principal or Vice Principal in a reputed CBSE institution
- Experience in academic leadership, curriculum planning, staff development, school administration, and CBSE compliance
- Exposure to academic innovation, digital transformation, and institutional growth is preferred
