About the Role

We are seeking a energetic, accomplished and forward-thinking educational leader to serve as

Principal of Delhi Public School Kota.

The position is open to experienced Principals as well as highly accomplished Vice Principals who have demonstrated strong academic and administrative leadership and are ready to take on the responsibility of leading a school independently.

 School Administration: Oversee academic and administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, discipline and adherence to institutional policies.

 Faculty Leadership & Development: Mentor, motivate and evaluate teaching staff,

promote professional development and foster a culture of accountability.

 Student Development:



Promote holistic education through academics, sports, co-

curricular activities, student well-being and character development.

 Parent & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the wider school community.

 Institutional Growth: Strengthen the school's academic reputation, support admissions and student retention, and contribute to its long-term development.

 Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to CBSE affiliation requirements,

applicable government regulations and institutional policies.

Qualifications & Experience

 Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualifications as prescribed under applicable CBSE and government norms.

 Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in reputed schools, including at least 5 years in academic or administrative leadership roles.

 Currently serving or previously served as a Principal or Vice Principal in a reputed CBSE school.

 Proven ability to lead academic teams, manage school operations and deliver measurable improvements in educational outcomes.

 Sound understanding of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, NEP 2020 and contemporary educational methodologies.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and decision-making skills.

 Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking and a commitment to educational excellence.
