What You Will Do

- Engage Warm Leads: Make structured outbound calls to students and parents daily.
- Pitch Effectively: Highlight the edge of Unacademy’s offline classes, top faculties, and learning infrastructure.
- Drive Walk-ins: Book firm counseling appointments and invite prospects for free guidance or scholarship tests.
- Leverage Market Timing: Connect with leads strategically right around exam results, boards, and batch launches to maximize conversions.
- Maintain CRM: Keep clean, real-time records of call logs, follow-ups, and booked visit statuses.

? What We Are Looking For
- Availability: Immediate Joiners Only (Must be able to start within 0–7 days).
- Education:



Graduate in any field (Open to students/freshers for the internship role!).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with high energy and confidence are strongly welcome!).
- Communication: Excellent persuasion and verbal clarity in English, Hindi, or the local regional language (Kannada).
- Mindset: Highly competitive, goal-driven, and excited by high-paying incentive structures.
