We're looking for a Presales Tech Lead who can blend strong technical depth with client-facing confidence. If you love turning client requirements into winning solutions, this role is for you.

? Key Skills

- Java, Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
- AI/ML concepts and solution design (GenAI, LLM integrations, automation)
- REST APIs, cloud platforms, and system design
- Excellent verbal and written communication

? Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with sales and business teams to understand client needs and propose technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions, demos, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Prepare solution architectures, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations




- Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Evaluate and recommend AI-driven approaches for client problems
- Guide and mentor the delivery team during project handover
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

✅ What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in Java development, with exposure to presales or solution design
- Robust hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices
- Working knowledge of AI tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (a must!)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to lead and collaborate across teams
