The Premier Acquisition Manager - GRA is responsible for acquiring Government Relationship Accounts (GRA), sourcing salary account mandates from Government and Semi-Government organizations, and driving CASA growth for the Bank. The role involves building solid relationships with key stakeholders such as Government officials, DDOs, administrative officers, and institutional decision-makers while achieving acquisition and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

- Acquire new Government Relationship Accounts and institutional relationships.
- Source salary accounts from Government and Semi-Government organizations.
- Generate CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business.
- Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the allocated territory.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Liability Sales, CASA Acquisition, Government Business, Institutional Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Proven track record in customer acquisition and sales.
