Key Responsibilities :

- Set up and manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns in Google Ads.
- Set up and manage lead generation and sales campaigns in Meta Ads.
- Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager, including resolving feed errors and disapprovals.
- Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns and ad groups.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify gaps, and optimize bids, budgets,



and audiences to improve ROAS.

Requirements :

- Hands-on with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- 3–4 years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts independently, not just assisting.
- Google Sheets or Excel: pivot tables, lookups and basic formulas

Plus :

- Microsoft Advertising, Reddit, LinkedIn or TikTok Ads experience.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Squarespace backends.
- Uses AI tools in daily work, beyond basic chatbot tasks.
- Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
