Technical Lead – Microsoft Power Platform

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Power Platform. The role will lead the development team, drive solution implementation, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Power Platform solutions.
- Develop Power Apps solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and implement Power Automate solutions including business workflows, approvals, integrations, and process automation.
- Develop AI Builder capabilities and intelligent automation use cases aligned to business requirements.
- Build and support custom connectors, REST API integrations, and enterprise integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms.
- Develop supporting Azure components including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault integrations, and event-driven services.
- Design and develop PCF controls and reusable solution components where required.
- Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis activities.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation approaches.
- Work closely with architects, business analysts,



QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, deployment activities, and production readiness reviews.
- Mentor developers and establish development standards, reusable patterns, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and custom connectors.
- Experience developing Azure Functions and integrating Power Platform with Azure services (at least one programming language experience C# .NET, python, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom integrations, and PCF controls (experience in JavaScript/ ReactJS).
- Strong understanding of solution design, security, performance optimization, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams and leading technical workstreams.
- Ability to guide teams, resolve complex technical issues, and drive solution delivery from design through production deployment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions across multiple business functions.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 integrations, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.
