Role Description The Planogram Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara(US Working Hours). This role is responsible for designing, updating, and optimizing visual planograms and layout standards for hospital supply rooms and related storage areas, aligned with Chooch AI’s computer vision capabilities. Daily tasks include translating inventory and usage data into practical shelf layouts, creating clear visual diagrams and guidelines, and collaborating with implementation teams to ensure planograms are accurately deployed on-site.

The specialist will work closely with product, operations, and client teams to review camera coverage,



validate labeling and positioning, and refine designs based on performance metrics and feedback. The role also includes preparing design documentation, maintaining design libraries, and supporting continuous improvement of planogram templates for different hospital environments.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design capabilities with skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for creating clear, professional planograms and layout documentation.
- Experience with Architecture and space planning to organize storage areas efficiently and safely within hospital or commercial environments.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting, modifying, and standardizing planogram layouts and related technical drawings.
- Ability to conduct structured Research to understand inventory usage patterns, workflow requirements, and best practices in supply room design.
- Relevant experience in retail merchandising, store planning, healthcare supply chain, or facility layout design is beneficial.
- Robust attention to detail, ability to interpret technical requirements, and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English for documentation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
