Role Description The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for ongoing and upcoming projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, identifying risks or delays, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. The role also involves monitoring production plans, preparing status reports, supporting project controls, and contributing to process improvements.

This is a full time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with operations,



design, and management teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills to create, optimize, and maintain project and production schedules.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities to monitor performance, manage timelines, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, present updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in project planning or engineering within manufacturing, construction, or design-driven environments is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, along with proficiency in planning or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software).
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential.
