Role Description The Physiotherapist – Medical Technology & Patient Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves assessing patients’ mobility and functional status, prescribing appropriate use of AddiWalk and related devices, and tailoring configurations to individual needs. The physiotherapist will provide hands-on training, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes and comfort. Daily responsibilities include documenting clinical findings, educating patients and caregivers on safe usage, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to share clinical feedback.

The role also involves participating in demonstrations,



supporting clinical evaluations, and contributing to protocols and educational materials for both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

- Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation focused on mobility and gait.
- Experience with assistive devices, orthotics, or rehabilitation technologies, including fitting, adjustment, and patient training.
- Strong patient communication and education skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible, empathetic language.
- Accurate clinical documentation and basic data collection skills to track outcomes and inform product improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, engineers, and product specialists, and provide structured feedback.
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and current professional registration or eligibility as per local regulations.
- Experience working in outpatient, rehabilitation, orthopedic, or neuro-physiotherapy settings is beneficial.
- Comfort with on-site patient work, including occasional demonstrations and training sessions, and a solid commitment to patient safety and ethical practice.
