To track and reduce downtime of plant and Machinery to achieve the targets.

Smooth and efficeint completion of preventive/ Maintenance and daily routine activities.

To enhance life of costly spares through predictive maintenance.

To do spare parts planning for plant and machinery

To Track and reduce consumption of Utilities.

To track and reduce consumption of spares and doing cost saving activities.

To implement machine improvement requests raised by Production Deptt.

To track and monitor power consumption and take corrective actions so as to achieve the targets in Utilities.

Top Competencies:

1. Valuable Technical knowledge about mechanical maintenance of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, CNC, Compressors.

2. Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF, preventive maintenance.

3. Knowledge of critical spares.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: B.Tech/BE or Diploma

Experince Range: For B,Tech- 4-8 Years

Diploma: 10-12 Years
