What You'll Be Doing:
Develop creative, trend-driven design concepts
Oversee the product design and development process from concept through final product
Conduct in-depth trend research and analysis to stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Ensure premium quality and brand consistency
Evaluate prototypes and samples for the best fit and function
Identify and source high-quality fabrics and trims
Stay up to date with industry innovations and adapt accordingly
What Were Looking For:
Expertise in Women wear & Western Wear
Solid skills in fashion design and garment fitting
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the fashion industry
Highly creative with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
A degree in Fashion Design
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in an export house and handling international buyers/brands
