Role & responsibilities
- Assist the Store In-Charge in managing daily store and warehouse operations.
- Handle inbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock updates.
- Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
- Supervise store staff and support daily task allocation.
- Maintain shipment records, stock registers, and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged shipments, and operational issues to the Store In-Charge.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Support the Store In-Charge in achieving daily productivity and performance targets.
