Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements across business functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets within defined turnaround times.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, assess suitability, and manage interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure timely closures.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive hiring for contractual and permanent positions, as required.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, interview-to-offer conversion, and offer-to-joining ratios.




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

- 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably with hands-on volume hiring experience.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience managing multiple open positions and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver against hiring targets.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.
