Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Lead Architect to lead the design, architecture, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in HRSD modules, ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and enterprise-level solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions across enterprise environments.

- Define technical architecture, solution design, integration patterns, and implementation standards.
- Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and implement HRSD modules including:
- HR Service Delivery / HR Case Management
- Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
- HR Knowledge Management
- HR Service Catalog
- Employee Relations
- Lifecycle Events / Employee Journey Management
- HR Integrations

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and external HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.
- Define and review REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, data integrations, and integration architecture.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, performance guidelines, and upgrade-safe development practices.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and solution assessments.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Flow Designer,



IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, platform enhancements, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and technical consultants.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and other ServiceNow platform teams to ensure alignment with overall architecture.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead.

- Deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD architecture and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Knowledge Management, and Lifecycle Events.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM or similar HR systems.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, roles, ACLs, and application scope.
- Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and complex integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
