Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- - Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.

- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and improve profitability through effective KPI monitoring and SOP adherence.

- Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in Retail Store Operations or similar role with expertise in Store Management.

- Strong understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring store performance.

- Proficiency in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) development and implementation.

Job Locations:- Rourkela, Sambalpur, Balasore, Gaya, Muzaffarpur

CTC:- 3.50 to 4.50 LPA

Training:- 30 days training in Lenskart Academy _Gurgaon. (Salary will be paid during Training)
