Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Supervise picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the defined timelines.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and shift allocation.
- Maintain proper stock records and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Report daily performance, stock discrepancies, and operational issues to the FC Manager.
