Role and Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Generate purchase orders (POs), review requisitions, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with warehouse or production teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect the quality of delivered goods, manage product returns/replacements, and ensure purchases comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Financial & Record Maintenance: Enter order details into internal databases, update purchase logs, reconcile invoices with the finance/accounts department, and prepare cost-analysis reports.
