Your Day-to-Day Role & Responsibilities:

- Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through professional cold calling and candidate outreach for open positions.
- Demonstrate solid cold-calling and communication skills to approach candidates, understand their profiles, and identify suitable opportunities.
- Make a good number of candidate calls each day, follow up with interested candidates, and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Review and screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who match the required skills and job specifications.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and shortlist suitable profiles for further evaluation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
- Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring requirements and support the recruitment process effectively.




- Maintain a qualified and positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely updates.
- Maintain candidate details, calling records, and recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the team in achieving daily recruitment and candidate engagement goals.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate B.Tech/ B.E, B.Sc, BCA, B.com or any other equivalent degree
- Good to have Internship experience into recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong management skills
