Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues promptly.
- Work on international chat processes with a focus on blended operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO/CSE industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) required for this role.
- Ability to work versatile shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
