- Achievement of Home Loan / LAP Sales Targets
- Sourcing of new customers
- Supervision and ensure disbursement as per business plan
- Customer support, Education of Loan products
- Cross sell to existing and recent customers
- Regular business review with team and supervisors
- Ensure 100% process adherence

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience in HL / LAP (Mandatory)
