Job Title: Store Manager Retail (Lenskart)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store sales, conversions, and achievement of assigned targets

- Ensure excellent customer experience and high Net Promoter Score (NPS)

- Handle customer queries and complaints at store level

- Lead, coach, and develop store staff; control attrition

- Recruit, train, and provide regular feedback to team members

- Manage cash handling, inventory, stock audits, and POS operations

- Ensure SOP adherence, store discipline, and smooth daily operations

- Supervise optometrist activities and eye check-ups as per standards

- Maintain store upkeep, hygiene, and security as per company norms

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline

- Solid sales leadership and people management skills

- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities

- Result-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change

- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
