About the Role

Gopalan Enterprises is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Retail Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, malls, food and beverage outlets, cinemas, and other business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and frontline positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and social media.
- Recruit for store staff, sales executives, cashiers, customer service associates, supervisors, and retail management roles.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment where required.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.




- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close vacancies within target timelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail industry.
- Experience in frontline, volume, and bulk hiring is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
