Role Title: UI Path Architect
Location / Work Model: All USI Locations | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

- Design enterprise-grade RPA architecture, automation frameworks, and scalable UiPath solutions.
• Lead the implementation of unattended and attended automations across SAP, web, desktop, Citrix, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-enabled automation solutions leveraging Document Understanding, AI Center, OCR, Machine Learning, IDP, and Agentic RPA capabilities.
• Drive governance, code quality, CI/CD adoption, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and automation best practices.

Core Requirements

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development expertise.
• Solid experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator,



REFramework, Document Understanding, Integration Services, and AI Center.
• Proven background in automation architecture, solution design, enterprise integration, and process optimisation.
• Experience working with SAP, ERP platforms, APIs, Citrix automation, and enterprise-scale automation programmes.

Preferred Skills

- UiPath Advanced Developer and/or Solution Architect certifications.
• Exposure to Power Platform integration.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Azure Services, Process Mining, Task Mining, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
