Role Description The PHP Web Developer Intern (NON PAID) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies, focusing on both back-end logic and front-end integration. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and reusable code, debugging and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with senior developers on new features, and participating in code reviews.

The intern will also work with databases, update website content and functionality, and help test and optimize applications for performance and usability.



This role offers hands-on experience in real-world projects and exposure to modern development practices within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational skills in Programming and Software Development, with interest in building web-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts, including server-side scripting with PHP and basic database interaction.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and ability to apply them in code structure and design.
- Basic Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to integrate server-side logic with user interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn current tools and frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate in a team, communicate clearly, and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic understanding of web security and performance optimization is a plus.
