Vaibhav Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. We provide safe, accurate and accessible pharmaceutical services: prescription medicines, OTC products and basic health guidance. Role Overview

You will dispense medicines accurately, verify prescriptions and counsel customers on protected medication use. You will also keep records and stock in order and work with doctors and other healthcare professionals when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify prescriptions for validity, dosage, and interactions, then dispense accurately.
- Counsel customers on correct use, side effects, storage, and drug interactions.
- Manage prescription refills and resolve medication-related queries.
- Contact prescribers to clarify or confirm prescriptions.
- Maintain accurate dispensing records, including schedule/controlled drug registers, as required by law.
- Manage inventory: stock checks, expiry tracking, reordering, and supplier coordination.




- Keep the pharmacy compliant with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Practice Regulations and other applicable rules.
- Use pharmacy billing and software systems to maintain digital records.
- Protect patient confidentiality and maintain a clean, organised dispensing area.

Qualifications

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm or D.Pharm (or equivalent) with a valid pharmacist registration.
- Solid knowledge of pharmacology, indications, dosage, interactions and side effects.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in dispensing, record-keeping, and inventory.
- Clear, respectful communication with customers, doctors and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software.
- Able to stay calm and organised in a busy retail environment.
- Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred. Motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
