Role Description The PG Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, responsible for teaching and mentoring post-graduate or higher secondary students according to the school’s chosen curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth. The PG Teacher will maintain a positive, inclusive classroom setting, manage student behavior,



and align teaching practices with the school’s mission and policies.

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in staff meetings, contributing to co-curricular activities, and engaging with families to support student development. PG Teachers are expected to stay updated with best practices in education and continuously enhance their subject knowledge and teaching methods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating learning for higher secondary or post-graduate levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills, including the ability to design structured, curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with students, colleagues, and families.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a postgraduate degree in the subject area and a B.Ed. or equivalent teacher training certification.
- Experience working in CBSE, international, or state board school environments will be an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom that supports diverse learning needs and promotes holistic development.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
