WE'RE HIRING | PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER

At Baby Jalebi, we're building a premium baby and lifestyle brand with a growing presence across India and the world.

From our online stores to our expanding physical retail presence, we're creating thoughtful products, beautiful spaces and memorable customer experiences.

We're looking for a creative, analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing in-house team.

Someone who understands that building a premium brand is about more than just running ads. It's about combining strategy, creativity and data to drive meaningful, sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Independently plan, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop marketing strategies for our India and international markets.
- Drive online sales, customer acquisition, store enquiries and retail footfall.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor key metrics including ROAS, CAC and conversion rates.
- Work with Shopify, Google Analytics and tracking tools to understand customer behaviour and improve performance.
- Plan and execute retargeting, catalogue campaigns and audience strategies.
- Collaborate with our creative team on ad campaigns, content and testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversions and customer journeys.




- Work directly with the founder on marketing strategy, new launches and brand expansion.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify and GA4.
- Experience with premium consumer, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce brands.
- A valuable understanding of both online and offline marketing.
- Comfortable managing campaigns independently, from planning to execution.
- Someone who appreciates good design, brand storytelling and the importance of maintaining a premium brand identity.
- Proactive, organised, analytical and excited about building something for the long term.
