Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to plan, manage, and optimise campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and ROAS.
- Manage budgets, audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimise performance independently.
