About the Role

ZAN Services is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign optimization, lead generation, conversion tracking, and data-driven marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Prepare performance reports, analyze campaign data,



and implement growth strategies.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads; working knowledge of Meta Ads is essential.
- Experience in lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to optimize advertising spend and deliver measurable results.
