- Bid Management Review Invitation to Tender (ITT), RFQ, RFP, client specifications, and contract requirements. Analyze bid requirements and establish proposal execution strategies. Participate in bid kick-off meetings and tender review sessions. Prepare bid clarification registers and technical deviation registers. Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial risks.

Proposal Engineering

Develop discipline-wise proposal deliverables and technical submissions.

Prepare: Engineering Manhour Estimates Procurement Cost Estimates Construction Cost Estimates Commissioning Cost Estimates Offshore Installation Cost Estimates Vendor Package Cost Evaluations Review historical project databases for benchmarking and cost validation. Develop cost breakdown structures and estimate summaries.

Management teams during project handover after award. Coordinate with Marine, Installation, Hook-Up &
- Commissioning teams for execution planning inputs. Interface with Clients, Consultants, Vendors, and Subcontractors during bid stages.
